This bug seems to occur since Catalyst 13.4 (according to this April 2013 post)

Removing the use of AtomicMin/Max on a localstorage variable avoids compiler hanging.
(the goal of this shader beeing to compute a min/max ...)
Is a working CS compiler planned for OpenGL please ?
