I will see if I can get a simple example that illustrate the issue. The texture streaming code is somewhat tightly coupled to a larger code base so the simple thing would be to try to write a simple example when I get the chance. I haven't tested this with any driver later than what was posted since I went ahead and did manual uploads via glCompressedTextureSubImage. I will get you a sample as soon as possible. Thanks for the response.
